The school was founded in response to demand for highly specialised professionals in the fashion industry and in particular, bespoke tailoring.
By following our courses, students will learn not only professional skills adapted to modern requirements, but also those secrets of the craft that in times past were so hard-won by long apprenticeships.
Courses are designed for students who come from all over the world and they can be taught in English by mother tongue teachers in addition to the Italian language.
Annual courses start in october every year, other courses are typically held two times a year

Founded by Santo Zumbino and active now for more than 11 years, the Scuola di Alta Sartoria Artigianale Italiana trains high-level bespoke tailors. While drawing inspiration from the centenary tradition of workshop tailoring, the school adopts a new concept method, perfected in almost 20 years of experience of the tailors, to allow students to achieve working autonomy in a very short time.
